Trainee Program
We are looking for people with unusual talents who are interested in advancing their own personal and professional development within an international group of companies.
In twenty months of on-the-job training or project work, you become acquainted with various areas and departments in our multicultural group. A mentor accompanies and assists you throughout this process. The program is geared for graduates of regular universities and universities of applied sciences. The focus is on Production/Engineering/Research and Development for individuals with technical training and on Sales/Marketing/Finance for those with business training.
